7th Annual Thanksgiving Day Gentle Yoga Class to Benefit You & The Women’s Center
On Thanksgiving morning, get out of the house and thank your body with 90 minutes of Gentle Yoga. Bring your family members and encourage friends to join us in a practice ANYBODY can do.
We will open the joints, stretch with care, move gently and slowly, and clear the mind and body of accumulated tension. Come spend a joyous morning in the community focusing on breathing practices and movement dedicated to freeing the breath, opening the heart, calming the mind, and relaxing the body.
For All Levels. Ages 13 and up. Proceeds will be given in gratitude and support of The Women’s Center, which is dedicated to significantly supporting the psychological, career, financial & legal well-being of women/families. Please give generously to support the Center’s work. Select the highest DONATION possible. You can bring/send your checks to Dream Yoga, made out to The Women’s Center.
