Starting a small business in Virginia can be an exciting and rewarding venture, but it requires careful planning and attention to detail. This workshop will walk you through the steps you need to take to get your business off the ground in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Discussion points will include:

· Purpose of the business

· Capitalization of the business

· Ownership and business structure

· Business Plan

· Marketing Plan

· Legal and Insurance issues

The key to success is thorough planning, attention to detail, and adaptability as your business grows.

There will be a Question and Answer period. Paul will be giving out his book to all attendees.

About the Presenter

Paul Samakow has made significant impact as a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Trial Attorney positively affecting the lives of over 100,000 individuals. Outside of the law practice, he has provided valuable mentorship to small businesses and professionals nationwide, drawing on his extensive marketing expertise. He has appeared in over 30 television and radio programs, has a YouTube channel on legal advice and written numerous books/papers on various topics. Paul holds eight copyrights and trademarks related to his law practice and business consulting. He has received numerous awards for his community service and is a founding member of Latin Comunidad.

Paul earned his degrees from the University of Maryland College Park and Western New England School of Law. He is married with two daughters and a lifelong resident of the Washington, DC area.
