About the Presenter
Dianna Abilmona is a Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Human Resources professional. A Northern Virginia native, she attended Marymount University. After graduation, it became clear to her—and others—that her spirit and skills shined when she connected with people and helped individuals. This realization translated into a long and successful career in Human Resources, where she worked across industries, from international hospitality brands to the renowned home furnishings company IKEA.
As a mother, Dianna understands and empathizes with the complexities of daily life. This personal challenge inspired her to prioritize her health and well-being, recognizing that many others struggle with the same issue. Committed to enhancing her expertise through direct education, Dianna recently completed a Health & Wellness Coaching Certification from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
