Changing your direction (career) can be an overwhelming and sometimes scary experience. How do you navigate the possibility of a career change and make the decision? In this workshop, we will look at making the assessment for change, setting realistic goals and expectations as well as other aspects of a job search. Items to consider are hidden talents to propel a change, interview tactics and creating a marketing plan as well as salary negotiation.
