Understanding Stress and Anxiety

March 19 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

$20.00

Stress gets a bad rap. It’s a term that is getting a lot of attention currently, and for good reason. Stress can motivate us to proactivity and productivity. However, it can equally interfere with our ability to function, maintain relationships and diminish our quality of life. It’s the dose that makes the poison. Join us for an hour of learning tools and strategies for managing and mitigating the negative effects it has on life. Topics we will cover – Relationships, Finances, Physical Health, Mental Health, and Time
