Returning to school after Summer break can be daunting for a teen at any time, let alone during the continued Covid-19 pandemic. Join presenter Susanne Maurer as she takes you through the top anxieties facing our teens, including safety concerns, grades, peer relationships, college prep, etc as they ease back into the throes of school life.

Susanne Maurer has almost 20 years of experience in the mental health field and has found her niche working with young people, including teens and young adults.  As a clinician at the Women’s Center, Susanne has developed workshops on Mindfulness, Managing Anxiety,  Coping with Grief, and more.  While using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Susanne helps clients manage anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other challenges.
