Martha Brettschneider founded Damselwings, LLC, to inspire and support mindful living through her work as a mindfulness teacher, author, speaker, and award-winning nature photographer. Formerly an international economist, Martha stumbled upon mindfulness teachings while recovering from breast cancer in 2009; her book Blooming into Mindfulness chronicles her journey. Martha is a Certified Teacher of the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute curriculum, a mindfulness-based emotional intelligence training program grounded in neuroscience. In addition to SIY programs and customized workshops, Martha’s signature morning meditation virtual programs help busy people establish and sustain their own meditation habits.
