Mindful Life: Renewal and Reset: Setting Intentions for the New Year

Behavioral Scientist Katy Milkman tells us in her book How to Change that “bundling” intended change with other naturally occurring changes, like the seasons, boosts the likelihood that our desired change will stick.  We also know that understanding and addressing the deeper roots of motivation, readiness and unrecognized fear also creates the climate for sustained change.

Join us as we take time to set intentions for this year and anchor them in self-awareness and the pursuit of the best version of ourselves.
