Ashley Minich currently serves as AVP, HR Business Partner at Navy Federal Credit Union. She is passionate about leveraging HR strategy to unleash the potential of leaders and teams. Her key areas of focus are Security, Digital, and Strategy. Before joining Navy Federal, Ashley held HR leadership roles in companies ranging in size from start-ups to multi-national organizations. She holds a Master of Science in Organization Development & Change Management from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Florida State University. Outside of work, she is a proud mom of her two kids and loves hosting dinner parties and seeing live music in all kinds of venues.
