Group Manager
The Women’s Center is recruiting for a part-time Group Manager to ensure that group therapy is delivered in the highest professional manner and in accordance with the profession’s standards of practice, governing laws and ethical principles and that the program is administered with efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Group Manager Duties include:
• Respond to and document calls/emails related to group membership
• Coordinate with center staff regarding marketing of groups (i.e. flyers, website, social media)
• Coordinate with center staff on promotion of groups through educational programs
• Produce the monthly report categorizing  all incoming requests to document their origin(i.e. listserv, website , external agencies or clinicians, internal clinicians, flyers or workshops)
• Participate in securing new group leaders
• Conduct orientations/trainings with group leaders regarding policies, procedures and documentation requirements
• Provide client referral information to group therapists
• Track clients from referral to group-entry decision
• Consult with group leaders regarding record keeping, attendance, group process and other concerns
• Discuss potential group offerings and curriculum for groups with therapists

Licensed Psychotherapists for our Vienna Office
The Women’s Center seeks Licensed Psychotherapists.

The ideal candidate must be:

  • Licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • Willing to be credentialed with insurance carriers.
  • Able to work a minimum of 6 hours per week, including one evening or Saturday.

We are recruiting, for the Vienna Office, a part-time (potential to grow to full time) clinician, independently licensed in Va., as an LCSW, LPC or PhD, to build and establish a practice or supplement existing private practice. Population to be treated includes all ages, (children and adolescents in particular) and clinical work revolves around providing assessment, individual, couples, and family counseling. Interest in working with couples and families preferred.

  • Willing to be credentialed with insurance carriers.
  • Able to work a minimum of 6 hours per week, including one evening or Saturday.

We are recruiting, for the Washington DC Office, a part time (potential to grow to full time) clinician, independently licensed in the District of Columbia, as an LICSW, LPC or PhD, to build and establish a practice. Population to be treated includes all ages and clinical work revolves around providing assessment, individual, couples, and family counseling. Interest in working with couples preferred.
