DESCRIPTION:Do you wish you could improve your response to tense conflict situations? While your emotional reaction may feel automatic\, with increased awareness and practice\, you can choose how you respond in conflict situations. \nIn this workshop\, Laura Bowles\, Certified Mediator and Conflict Coach\, shares five styles for approaching conflict\, based on the Style Matters conflict styles inventory. Participants will take the assessment prior to the workshop\, learn about their own patterns in conflict and where they come from\, and identify strategies for leveraging each style wisely and effectively.
