DESCRIPTION:Divorce can be very expensive and the decisions you make now will have significant and long term affects on your future. An expensive divorce can be financially devastating. This course will provide practical information that you need to make educated financial decisions. In addition\, the course will offer tips to help you get through your divorce as efficiently and inexpensively as possible. We will provide an overview of the divorce process\, discuss the pros/cons of pursuing different assets as well as the tax and financial implications of different strategies and answer your financial questions. This comprehensive seminar covers all financial components of the property settlement agreement. \nPresented by Debbie Marson\, CDFA\, MBA\, Investment & Resource Planning Associates\, Inc. She is a full time Certified Divorce Financial Analyst. \nA minimum of 5 participants is required for workshop. DESCRIPTION:DucksRow is a 6-session course designed to support you as you tackle the immense task of organizing the life you’ve spent decades building in order to ease the administrative and emotional burden on loved ones when your time comes. \nTopics covered include: \n\nPersonal Information (all the data and paperwork)\nHealth Information (doctors\, insurance\, directives …)\nFinancial Information (income\, assets\, liabilities …)\nProperty (monthly bills\, home services\, digital assets …)\nFinal Wishes (organ donation\, funeral plans\, obituary …)\n\nClasses meet every other week for 1.5 – 2 hours.  Each meeting includes an educational component as well as the opportunity to share ideas and discuss relevant concerns.  Expect accountability\, camaraderie\, mutual support and a few laughs as we tackle this daunting task together! \nThe Women’s Center will host the DucksRow course on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. beginning April 7th.  Classes meet every OTHER week on the following dates: \n\nSeptember 15 and 29\nOctober 13 and 27\nNovember 10 and 16\n\nCost of the workbook and materials is $60.
