Participants will enhance their job search strategies through effective networking and mastering job search techniques. \nThe session also focuses on fostering resilience and adaptability\, offering emotional support and training to adapt to new work environments. She is a licensed Executive and Leadership Coach by the Academy of Executive Coaching based in London\, UK and has a global certification through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Additionally\, she provides consulting services for individuals and companies looking to solve business problems. \nMitra’s work experience includes over 20 years of working with small business owners with annual revenues over $5 million dollars and as a business manager with a Fortune 1000 Company. Her professional exposure spans across industries and an international client base.
