SUMMARY:Career Transitioning- Chart a Path
DESCRIPTION:Changing your direction (career) can be an overwhelming and sometimes scary experience. How do you navigate the possibility of a career change and make the decision? Do you know how to conduct an effective and productive job search in the current job market? In this workshop\, we will look at making the assessment for change\, setting realistic goals and expectations as well as other aspects of a job search. Items to consider are hidden talents to propel a change\, interview tactics and creating a marketing plan as well as salary negotiation. \nPresented by Lisa Colten\, Founder and Managing Principal of Éxzeto! an HR\, Leadership Development and Coaching Consultancy; Lisa is a versatile senior level Career Transition Coach/Consultant and Human Resources Leader with extensive experience identifying and solving complex organizational problems and issues.
