Known for her contagious uplifting energy, Corinne Coppola (M.A.) uniquely combines her 25+ years in business and Masters in Organizational Development with mind-body practices to guide and empower others to access tools that will support their journey to wellness. She has worked with thousands of teens, young adults and adults, teaching simple & sustainable practices to reduce stress and anxiety, improve communication and increase resilience in order to create more joy and ease. Corinne’s mission is to help people live authentic lives of passion, presence and purpose based on their values & beliefs.
Corinne has extensive experience working in non-profits, substance abuse recovery and public & private educational settings (k-college level). Corinne regularly delivers workshops, trainings and presentations to national and regional conferences and school communities. Additionally, Corinne is a Reiki Master and teaches Levels I and II. She currently has a private practice in McLean, VA where she sees clients in 1:1 and small group workshops.
