About the Presenter
Leslie Kerr started with Navy Federal Credit Union in 2018 as Manager of Technical Accounting and was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Technical Accounting in 2021. The Technical Accounting team is responsible for accounting areas requiring higher levels of estimation and management judgment, most significantly our reserves for credit losses. Leslie also serves on the Finance Culture and Engagement team.
Prior to joining Navy Federal Credit Union, Leslie worked for EY for 7 years in the Financial Services Audit practice, primarily focused on asset management clients.
Leslie holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a master’s degree in accounting, both from the University of Virginia. Leslie is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Virginia. Leslie enjoys spending time at the beach with family, friends, and her Goldendoodle Macon!
