Divorce 102: Information, Strategies and Tips

A Separation & Divorce Education Program
For over 25 years, Attorney Patti Philipse has focused exclusively on out-of-court divorce settlement; she negotiates, mediates and prepares Separation and Property Settlement Agreements.

In this program, Patti:

• Identifies and discusses all of the issues that are addressed in divorce agreements.
• Highlights and provides key information on points that are often overlooked or misunderstood.
• Recommends an approach that will allow you to organize and strategize the issues in your divorce case.

While it is recommended that you take Divorce 101 first, Divorce 102 may be taken first or independently of the prior course.

Program Costs: 
Online Individual/Couple Registration Fee:   $40 / $70
Walk-In Individual/Couple Registration Fee:  $45 / $75

Refund, Cancellation, No Show & Re-Scheduling Policy:
Refunds (not including the processing fee) will be issued with written cancellation notice 48 hours in advance of your program.
No Show Participants who register for the workshop but do not attend or cancel their registration less than 48 hours prior to the start of the training will not receive a refund.
Re-Scheduling – If you are unable to attend, you may re-schedule for the same workshop on another day, (a re-scheduling fee may apply).
Full refunds will be issued for any program cancelled by The Women’s Center.
