Career Coaching

Work with a professional life/career coach to gain clarity, focus and direction essential to understanding what you really want and take the steps to make it happen. Partnering with a coach can help you achieve your goals and create a more successful life of meaning, fulfillment and purpose.

Career Tests

The Women’s Center offers the following career-related assessments:

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and The Strong Interest Inventory – Both of these assessments guide individuals on career exploration, career development, and career management.

The MBTI helps individuals identify their personality preferences and provides a common language for how we interact with the world and each other.

The Strong Interest Inventory helps individuals understand how their specific interests and preferences link to various jobs, work settings, and career fields
