EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

The Women’s Center is hiring a part-time (twenty hours per week) Donor Relations & Database Manage for our Vienna, VA location.  Please submit resume to Ann McNerney, Director of Development amcnerney@thewomenscenter.org to be considered for the position. The ideal candidate will: 

  • Enter data for all donations
  • Generate all donor acknowledgement and tax letters
  • Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual donation reports
  • Create custom reports
  • Reconcile Salesforce donation reports with QuickBooks reports
  • Develop and document standard data entry procedures for all staff and volunteers
  • Train (as needed) all new staff and volunteer in data entry procedures for Salesforce
  • Support the integration between Salesforce, Constant Contact, GOTO Webinar, Network for Good and other software
  • Ensure regular data backups
  • Perform routine database maintenance and updates as required
  • Monitor data to maintain its integrity
  • Assist Development Director in preparation of all appeals

Required education:

  • Bachelor’s

Required experience:

  • Administrative support in fundraising environment: 3 years
  • Salesforce CRM management: 3 years
