INFORMATION CAREER ADVISORY NETWORK (ICAN)
Meet established professionals in your career field, have your career questions answered, and develop contacts in your chosen field. This unique service links you with three women or men in the field of your choice for one-hour informational interviews. ICAN is an excellent networking tool that includes professionals from over 100 career fields. For more information or to register online, click the ICAN link above.
COST: Registration fee of $35 for members of The Women’s Center, $45 for non-members.
Determine the best direction for your career through individual sessions with a career counselor. Strategies and techniques are tailored to your specific needs and may include Myers Briggs or Strong Interest Inventories to assess interests, skills and personality types.
COST: $45 - $100 per hour.
Work with a professional life/career coach to gain clarity, focus and direction essential to understanding what you really want and take the steps to make it happen. Cost: $75-125 per hour
Put your best foot forward with a resume that has been reviewed by a professional career counselor who will guide you in producing a resume that will give you the best shot at the job of your dreams.
COST: $45 - $100 per hour.
